69th International AWR Conference: Humanitarian Pathways:
September 23-25, 2024, Friedensau, Germany

AWR invites you to the “SORM Conference” 2024 (Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration). On the topic of “Humanitarian Pathways”, academics and practitioners will meet for a two-day multidisciplinary and international conference organized by Friedensau Adventist University (FAU) in collaboration with the Association for the Study of the World Refugee Problem (AWR), the Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm (Ohm), the Technical University Würzburg-Schweinfurt (THWS), University of Applied Sciences Magdeburg-Stendal (h2) and the German Jordanian University (GJU).

The hybrid conference will be streamed for a global audience.

The conference will address both state-funded humanitarian pathways (resettlement, classic humanitarian admission) and complementary civil society models (so-called “community-sponsored pathways”).
